Ultimate Titan is designed to identify and recognize managerial talent among students. The event assesses leadership, decision-making, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Participants engage in structured competitive tasks simulating real-world managerial situations. The event encourages professional competence, confidence, and practical exposure. It provides a platform for students to demonstrate their managerial skills effectively.

Rules & Guidelines

• This is an individual event; participants compete solo.
• Any number of students may participate from a single college.
• Electronic gadgets are not allowed without prior permission from the coordinator.
• Marks obtained in one round will be carried forward cumulatively to succeeding rounds.
• Participants must bring a copy of their resume, laptop, pen drive, and necessary connecting cables.
• Formal attire is mandatory for all participants.
• Use of foul language or indecent behaviour will result in immediate disqualification.
• The decisions of the judges shall be final and binding.
