General Guidelines for Participants

1. Eligibility

• Events are open to School Students and College Students, as specified in the brochure.
• Participants must carry a valid School/College ID card during registration and participation.

2. Registration

• Individual Events: Registration fee – ₹100 per event.
• Group Events: Registration fee – ₹200 per group.
• No registration fee for selected events and for School Students, as mentioned in the brochure.
• Registration must be completed before the event starts.
• Late registrations may not be entertained.

3. Event Rules

• Participants must report to the venue at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time.
• Event-specific rules will be explained by faculty coordinators before the event.
• The decision of the judging panel and coordinators will be final and binding.
• Any misconduct, malpractice, or indiscipline will lead to immediate disqualification.

4. Team Events

• Team size must strictly follow the rules announced for each event.
• Teams must remain the same throughout the event.
• Substitution of team members after registration is not allowed.

5. Time Management

• Each event will follow a strict time schedule.
• Participants exceeding the allotted time may face penalties or disqualification.
