Liberty Legends

About This Event

Liberty Legends is a competitive event for individual participants from higher secondary schools and higher educational institutions. Contestants are shown pictures of legendary freedom fighters and historical icons and are required to identify them accurately.

After identification, participants must write a brief description within the given time, highlighting the legend’s life, contributions to the freedom movement, achievements, and historical relevance.

Rules & Guidelines

• The competition is open to all regular students
• The event is for individual participants only
• Each participant will get 2 minutes to identify the legendary figure from the picture
• Participants will be given 15 minutes to describe the identified Liberty Legend
• The description must include:
  • Name of the Liberty Legend
  • Personal biography
  • Major contributions to the freedom movement
  • Important achievements
  • Relevance in history
• Use of mobile phones, internet, books, notes, or discussions is strictly prohibited
• Language of presentation: English / Malayalam (as specified by organizers)
• Participants must report 15 minutes before the competition begins
• Judges’ decisions will be final and binding
• Prizes will be awarded to the winners
