Art of Artisan

About This Event

Art of Artisan is a creative salad making competition organized by the Department of Home Science. The event encourages participants to showcase their culinary creativity, presentation skills, and knowledge of nutrition using fresh and seasonal ingredients.

Teams will prepare and present a visually appealing salad within the allotted time, focusing on innovation, taste, and overall presentation.

Rules & Guidelines

• Open for teams of 2 members
• 30–45 minutes will be allotted for preparation and presentation
• Extra time will lead to negative marking or disqualification
• Only fresh, seasonal, and natural ingredients should be used
• Participants must bring their own ingredients
• Salad should be visually appealing
• No non-edible decorative items are allowed
• Judges’ decisions will be final and binding
